Changed skin and new plugin for image upload

To make text better readable I have changed default skin back to BaneForum and put there probably also some different background image and also added plugin for image upload.

There is also one positive news and that's new CK Editor. It should allow better formatting of text instead of the old BBCode.

Just with pictures, it's not compatible. So first it needs to be uploaded for example here:

And the URL has to be added as image.

Last update, pictures can also be uploaded directly via the ImgUR plugin. Just select picture and it will be inserted into the content.

The drag and drop into editor doesn't work yet.
